Provider Additional Information:
At my home, I want your precious little child (‘my children’ as I call them) to feel it is their ‘Home away from Home’ and grow up as a part of a family. They will learn not only to love, respect, share and communicate, explore and express, but also to be focused, disciplined, pay attention, listen, concentrate, love the nature, enjoy music, and at the same time play and have fun.
My home is a semi-detached house with no pets or smokers. There is a ‘play while you learn’ indoor facility with many activities and also a good size garden. With the parents’ permission, I will be taking the children to Pinner Park, walk to local shops, visit the library and Harrow Museum, etc. so that they will understand the outside world and grow up with it.
A well balanced healthy diet is extremely important to the child’s physical and mental growth. I cook and provide freshly made food, vegetables, fruits, home-made juices and snacks every day. I am a mother of two beautiful children. I used to work at St Mark’s Hospital in Harrow as a medical laboratory assistant and hold a BSc(Hons) degree in Bio Chemistry. I was a medical student studying towards becoming a Paediatrician. However, I had to discontinue the course in order to give birth to my gorgeous daughter and provide care and attention for her and then my son. Due to my passion with working with children, I became a qualified registered Childminder with nearly 10 years of childcare experience. I am a member of PACEY and hold Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People’s Workforce (CYPOP5), Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding Children Level 2, Health and Safety, Infection Control, Fire Safety, Equality Diversity and Human Rights, etc.
